This was mentioned before, but calendula is safe for dry nipples. Also, dry
skin is often a sign of omega-6 deficiency. While omega-3 EFA's can be
obtained from flax oil (which would be far safer BTW to add to ABM----oops,
what am I thinking, it's not genetically-engineered and patented!), omega-6's
cannot. Other oils, such as sesame are a better source. The best choice I
know of is a combination blend sold in health food stores in a brown glass
bottle.
