  I know of  a couple of facial injuries that were treated with moist wound
healing and did excellently. one was severe enough for a visit iwth a
dermatologist because of cncern about scaring. The dermatologist also agreed
that moist was better. - ps in neither case ( one was in the last month) is
they any scaring at all. Healing also was "faster"
