As this is a dietary supplement and not a medication, I usually tell my
clients that it will not work overnight.

Ultrasound works well to help "release" the plug.  The last two clients I
had with plugged ducts were both large-breasted and had difficulty finding a
large enough bra.  This could have been the cause of the problem for them.

I, too, would be interested in hearing what others do in this situation.
