Both these dyads need to be seen IN PERSON by a qualified helper. I hope you
can see them or refer to someone who can.

1st case - born 10 May so is now about 6 wks old, so 2 wks corrected age,
right? Since baby is just fighting the latch since last 3 days I would
suspect an illness maybe, ear? thrush? Or maybe something with the mom's
breast, sudden breast refusal?

2nd case - this baby is only 10 days old I guess. Mom says baby having
enough wet and poopy diapers, but sometimes just a smear is counted as a
good poop, and baby is not really getting enough. Red flags to me are: she
falls asleep, baby slides down, mom unlatches her but baby doesn't let go
spontaneously, would stay on her forever, not sure if has letdown - need to
be seen and weighed and check breasts and all the history etc. Does not
sound like a baby just comfort sucking, sounds like a problem here.
