I just had to share this story after talking to a mom today. She had breast reduction surgery 3 years ago, with total removal and replacement of the nipple. 4 months ago she gave birth to twins and has breastfed them exclusively since birth. She called to give her rental pump back because whenever she had "too much milk" she expressed it by hand. You never know if it will work unless you try!
