sorry, i just don't buy it. however, i am interested in a couple of things.
what year did WIC start and what were the breastfeeding rates? also, do is
there some data to indicate that medicaid began to save money on health care
for babies who began to receive formula from the wic program when it started?
also, does anyone have any data showing that formula from that year (whenever
it was) was better than homemade formula? (i am assuming that this is the
unsafe alternative dori is referring to.)
