I am posting this question for an LC friend who is not on Lactnet. I have
check the archives for past info on large nipples. Does anyone have
experience with long nipples and/or surgery on them. Please respond to the
list and to me, personally. I will forward replies to her. Thanks.

Hi Ladies,
Looking for a consult! I have a patient who is expecting her 4th baby in
August. Breastfed her first two children ok, not great. Third baby she was
unable to breastfeed because of what she describes as stretched out nipples
that fold over, will not keep an erect shape. (I have not seen them yet)
Wants information on a breast surgeon who could do a nipple tuck! Says she
heard this could be done. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so
who to refer to, or any suggestions on what to tell her? Thanks, Vivian
