Thanks for drawing our attention to this, Donna.

It seems to me to be a load of unsubtantiated nonsense....mothers are told
that everything they eat or drink or take as medicine will reach the breast
milk, for example.

The Lactease is an oil you rub in to get rid of breast lumps and swollen
breasts - there is no other advice given about how engorgement, blocked
ducts or mastitis might be relieved by other self-help measures.
Irresponsible marketing.
