Dear Friends:
Jan B writes about a woman with enormous breast hypertrophy. I have
known of a case like this, reported by a peer and not someone I took care of,
where the breasts grew to resemble watermelons. Pumping, packing the breasts
in ice packs and cabbage did no good. The breasts would not shrink nor yield
any milk. The mother was advised to go for reduction mammoplasty.
So sad.
