The feed is over on one side when the baby does not drink any more
(open--pause--close type of suck). If there is a problem, I ask the mother
to use compression to keep the flow going. But if the baby is not drinking
any more, or falling asleep and pulling off, change sides. I find it easy,
but you have to know about the pause at the chin indicating intake of milk.
