From your description, it sounds like this woman may need an antidepressant
anyway, and needs an evaluation for this alone. While it takes up to three
weeks for a full clinical effect from the SSRIs(serotonin reuptake
inhibitors,Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa), many patients begin feeling better the
first week, due to the 'activating' effect of the SSRIs.


As far as I can determine, there are no drug-drug interactions between
Reglan and the SSRIs.
