Have any of you created a list of skills/competencies that RNs  on the
maternity/nursery/mother-baby unit should have?

(Not LC skills, we are talking about what EVERY nurse should know who is in
contact with newly delivered moms)

 I was asked by a maternity supervisor, as she would then have this as a
checklist for new staff as well as for yearly reviews of competencies. 

 I've never seen this before, so I thought before trying to come up with
something "out of the blue", I'd ask you....
