Kathy, I think if you sit back and analyse it, your argument about the
mother nursing 600 feet above the street level makes sense.  However, modern
media is not about analysis, but about first impressions. I think most
people who don't analyse that cover, as I didn't, would go away thinking,
"isn't that nice?"
