I'm very confused as to how one cannot see the role breast have played in
the evolution of *all* cultures. It is my understanding that the human body
(male and female) was designed with numerous features that elicit sexual
feedback in the opposite sex. Granted there are culturally specific
preferences for example large buttocks, long necks, amount of body fat etc,
but breasts in any culture are a sexual signpost specifically *because* they
are related to procreation. Has it not been shown that the rounded shape
of the breast is also repeated in the shape of the buttocks, even so far as
both having "clevage"? Does this all not relate to survival of the fittest
and attracting healthy partners to produce healthy offspring? Breasts are
just one of the body parts with a dual purpose, in this case, one to feed
children and two to attracting a mate. How can we acknowledge one and deny
the other?
