Thanks to all who are responding to the sucrose pacifier issue. It is an
interesting one, and one that I myself added to this time around, and
probably should not have, so for that I apologize. No offense intended to
Peggy, the author of the study, or to anyone else who believes strongly in
their position. I thank Elisheva and Peggy and everyone for their
contributions, and I think that Elisheva makes some really good points about
tones, etc, and the way we discuss issues, and in listening respectfully.
I think that this discussion, while not exactly banned, is not totally
relating to our issue of lactation, and can best be carried on privately.
We as the Lactnet admin volunteers, do try to keep the discussion focused on
the issues at hand.
Many thanks. Kathleen
