Last year, around this time, information about a study at Lund University
came out which I found very exciting. It was about breastmilk killing
cancer cells. Does anyone know what ever happened with this study? I
looked at the Lund Univ. web site but the info on that study wasn't there
anymore. I am interested for a number of reasons, but most importantly
because my husband is in the late stages of colon cancer. Diagnosed 10
months ago at age 23. The Mayo Clinic gave him 3-12 months. I have
suggested doing our own clinical trail since we have a 12 month-old who is
still primarily breastfed. Please let me know if anyone has heard more
about this study.
Thanks,
Libby Waters
