Heather, when I said
>Now that I know about things like fenugreek, I have a hard time thinking how
>I would go back to what I knew in the beginning, which was basically "nurse
>or pump more often, eat and drink well, get more rest."
I meant "what I knew 18 years ago when I was a newly-accredited La Leche
League Leader." Although I do think fatigue has an effect on milk supply,
and I've had enough moms tell me on their own that their milk supply improved
when they started carrying around a water bottle at work, or started eating
breakfast. What I tell the moms in my classes is that they'll make perfect
milk for their babies whether they eat the "perfect" diet, or whether they
live on chips and Coke.
Geez, I didn't mean to get into THIS discussion. :-)
