I checked the archives but only found a cuople of postings. One of my
clients says her milk has been curdeling when she heats it up. I have
never heard of this happening before. She said it happened with 2 bottles
of frozen ebm (frozen for about 4 days) and 1 botle of refrigerated (les
that 24 hours old). The haeting/thawing method was the same as she has
alway used, placing bottle in warm water and shaking in gently once or
twice. All the milk was stored in bottles. She said that all three times
the milk had the consistancy of one big lumpy curd in the middle, which
broke up when shaken. And she said it had a funny smell.
Any ideas on what's going on would be great!
