Hi all,
I have been receiving Lactnet now for about a month and am very
intrigued and impressed. This is my first time as a donor on Lactnet.
My question is about soy products and lactation. Soy is high in
phyto-estrogens (used as an alternative treatment for the symptoms of
menopause and PMS). I was wondering if this would interfere with
lactation? Does anyone know of any research done in this area?

makes ense that if it is used as a nutritional supplement for estrogen
that it MAY interfere with lactation.
