I use a lower fee for mothers who can prove their inability to pay full fee (and
for members of breastfeeding support groups).

What do you mean by ''can't take a doctor's order''? (Think this is a
language-item, for as far as I can see, no-one can give me as private LC any
orders, but I don't suppose that's what you mean.
