Another suggestion for those who need to nurse one-armed, especially if
the mother has largish breasts - use a soft scarf tied behind the neck as
a sling to support the breast. Of course this also works for two-armed
women with large breasts :)
Be creative with positioning too. Getting on your hands and knees and
*dropping* the breast into the baby's mouth works.
