I don't think this is let-down pain. I personally experienced this kind
of pain starting at about 9 mos. I spoke with K.Frantz about it and she
suggested this, but we were all in the dark (I'm talking about 24 years
ago), finally a couple years later I read in a Couple to Couple League
Newsletter that Sheila Kippley suggest to someone that this could be
related to Caffeine intake. I switched to decaf coffee and it worked -
no Pain! I have since found that I get pains if I take in too much
caffeine, and have found that cutting out caffeine for my clients also
works, assuming it's not yeast. I alert women to the possibility of
fibrocystic breast disease and to read up on that too..
