Can someone help!!
I have had a few moms as well as myself.
Have this problem. After thawing frozen breastmilk it has a funny odor
and tastes a lot like freezer burned ice-cream. All of the moms
including myself have been storing in a regular freezer that does have
auto defrost and keeping the milk in the back trying both storage bags
and hard plastic bottles. I remember reading somewhere that it is due
to the fat breakdown and that scalding the milk then cooling it before
storage can stop the bad odor/taste... Any ideas Ladies?
                                                Warmly Karen
