I am helping a mother almost 5 months pp.  She could write a book about
bf problems having suffered from just about everything from initial
nipple soreness to a nasty case of thrush.  Now she has a clogged nipple
pore which is getting painful.  We've treated it with warm compresses
and homeopathy which helped.  It went away for two weeks and now its
back.  The mother doesn't want to see a doctor because she is afraid he
may want to open it surgically.  Any ideas?
