During radiation I was told in no uncertain terms to stop taking any
anti-oxidants such as Vitamins C and E or eating a lot of foods that are
high in anti-oxidants, as they interfere with the cell-damage you are aiming
for with radiation. It seems counter-intuitive until you stop and think
about it. Now that radiation is finished, I can return to eating a healthy
diet. ;)
