Jeanette, what you say is so true and goes back to "absolute" statements.
There are so many individual differences in mother/baby couplets and their
circumstances that affect milk supply.  We just need to empower each mom to
do what she can.
The American Indians have a saying about not criticizing someone else until
you have "walked in his mocassins" or something like that.  Most of us
"don't get" what it means to have children and live on the bare edge of
nothing.  I've always had a nice home and a working dad when the kids were
babies.  That's just not the real world for so many.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
