Oh, Laurie, it was years ago that I saw this woman from Chile. There are
children starting high school who were born after I saw her at the clinic. I
don't remember.
I suggest the mother compress anywhere that works, but I often suggest
staying away from the areola, as this could change the shape of the breast,
and pop the baby off the breast, if his latch is less than good.
