I don't have a code book here but I am sure there is a CPT (procedure code)
for frenotomy (a simple clip)  a frenectomy (cutting away tissue) is more
involved.

I would think there is an ICD-9 or ICD-10 diagnosis code for "tight lingual
frenulum"

If all else fails, just charge an E and M code with a diagnosis of infant
feeding problem.  All US doctors know what a E & M Evaluation and Management
code is.
