Just a quick comment on these fat BLOCKERS.... It is my understanding
that they just block fat, not burn it. This may prove important when
discussing these drugs with moms. The idea is they 1)EXERCISE  2)modify
their diets then 3)take the pill (adverts here state for clinically
obese persons only)

They can cause extreme cramping and diarrhea if the person continues to
eat high-fat foods....

Just my lay-person knowledge from observation of a relative... who is
post-menopausal and definitely not lactating.
