Judy,

I personally used these bags...available at the dollar store, 100 count
for $1.00. However, they are MUCH thinner than the EBM storage bags on
the market. My solution? triple bag the milk, then place 2 or 3 of
these bags into a zip-lock. One company even includes in their package
of bags a cool little hanger to hang the bag from the bottom of the
freezer shelf...I really liked these as the air circulated better and
the milk froze faster.

But I was one of those naive moms who pumped for "just in case.." I was
sure I would get hit by a train or something and I wanted to have enough
milk for my baby's first year.... Didn't know then that the composition
changes as the baby does.

I still recall the day I finally had to dump it all! In fact I think
there may still be a token bag or two in my Dad's deep freeze.

Amazed at what I've learned in such a short time...and eager to hear the
opposing views.
