As iron is needed for growth and development a no iron formula would be
worse than other ABM. As it is the AAP has tried to get rid of low iron
formula becuase it is actually deficient in the amount of iron a baby would
need and it hasn't been shown that the iron in the regular fortified formula
causes more stomach upset that other ABM.
