In my part of the US, I've never seen anything that looked like 
coffee or coffee + milk in a baby bottle, but I've certainly seen 
caffeinated and sugary beverages such as Coca-Cola etc.  Frightening. 
Personally, I've always thought that parenting my energetic kids is 
challenging enough without hopping them up on caffeine and sugar too!

As a native of Seattle, Washington (birthplace of Starbucks and a 
city that loves its coffee!), I have sometimes jokingly said that I 
was weaned on coffee.  But no one there actually does that as far as 
I know.  ;-)
