My letter to them:

I understand that the web page of the aafp is sponsored by a company that
owns MEAD JOHNSON.  I believe the AAFP has a statement promoting
breastfeeding, which I quoted in my thesis.  This seems to me to both
undermine your position regarding the importance of breastfeeding and
weaken your ability to make these types of pronouncements. If one is going
to stand up for children, one does it unequivocally, without making any
compromises for corporate sponsorship.
