Hi, Lisa:  Some people in my area define "hospital-grade pump" as the
piston pumps.  I take that to mean, if the pump operates on a piston, it's
automatically "hospital-grade".  Maybe the pump companies should be held
accountable - prove that your product is indeed the best.  Of course,
hospital-grade has to be defined first.
