Dear Dr. Hale,
I just wanted to thank you again for making the little red book available.  I
loaned my copy to a mom of twins who was going in for outpatient surgery.
The drugs she had told me they were planning to give her were not
recommended, so I just sent my copy of the book to the hospital with her.
When she returned it, she reported that at first the anesthesiologist just
"hmphed" when she showed him the book, but as the day went on he kept asking
to see it again and they passed it around to many of the doctors
there, commenting on it.  Several of the doctors took down the number to
order it themselves.  So again, thank you very much.
