Shucks.  I tried to keep my lactnet space limited by not telling the whole
story, and it backfired.  I recommended lubricants to this starting-adoption
mother but she *preferred* the lower suction solution, at least for now.
She started pumping maybe 10 days ago, and expects the baby in another
couple weeks.

As to flange size, she has small-average nipples.
