Hi Carole,
The change to an elemental formula may help  or it may make matters worse. I
can feel this mother's frustration at this point however and might suggest
that if she changes to formula, perhaps she could entertain the option as a
short term fix with the goal being to reintroduce the br. milk after a break
to the gut. Thus she could continue pumping in the interim to keep her
supply. Just curious; why the gastroscopy vs. lower GI workup for this babe?
