This book sounds very interesting. Often during my home visits to bottle
fdng. postpartum Moms (I am a visiting nurse/LC), I suggest to Moms
(diplomatically I hope!) that bottle fdng can deprive babies of the skin/skin
contact and thus stimulation to their neurological dev and remind them to
offer that to their babies frequently. Of course this coupled with my spiel
entitled "you can still change your mind and breastfeed!" is bound to incur
some backlash from a pediatric practice some day! I hope I'm ready!
