Welcome back to Lactnet! I remember you from the "old days".

Chen D, Nommsen-Rivers L, Dewey K, Lonnerdal B:  Stress during labor and 
delivery and early lactation performance, Am J Clin Nutr 1998, 
68:335-45. is another good study for you to look up. They found greatly 
increased milk production even up to 6 weeks postpartum in multips that 
bf more than 12 times a day on the second day of life. (It's just 
another piece of evidence that early calibration is important to milk 
production).
