The biggest issue is that the baby has become lazy, due to the milk flowing freely and easily from the bottle, hence the suggestion of expressing to point of MER, so the milk flows as soon as she attaches.  I have also suggested temporary use of a nipple shield as this has been shown by Paula Meier to help milk Transfer...!!  She has got some Fenugreek and milk thistle today.  I will follow up on Wednesday.  Thanks for any help recieved...
