Dear LACTNETTERS:
Several months ago, we were discussing interventions for breastfeeding women
who have migraines. Somebody out there suggested that a midwife once told
them to put a few grains of cayenne pepper on the end of a toothpick and SNIFF
it in.
Well, all day today I've had a screaming migraine, which 2 doses of fiornal
would not touch. For whatever reason, I remembered this post, and sniffed in
a bit of cayenne. It worked!! I feel incredibly better.
Bless you, whoever you were who posted that so long ago!!!!!!!!!
And thank heavens for LACTNET and all of the collective wisdom there!
