Dear Pam,

Nystatin in not the best choice for a yeast diaper rash. It is a fungistat
not a fungicide. Over the counter Lotrimin or Ketoconazole by prescription,
any azole for that matter, works much better. I've never tried Gentian
violet on the skin. I'd be curious to know the results. Steroid in the
mixture is likely to make a yeast rash worse.
