Hi,
I would love some help with two different issues.

A mom with recurring milk plugs at nipple pore on one breast - at least once
a week. I've read Auerbach and Lawrence and the description is perfect, but
Mom seems unable to get rid of them forever. She can open them, but not
pull anything out and it's very painful. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

2nd question: A mom with Myasthenia Gravis - is it a problem to pump and save
her milk for her twins in ICN if she's taking and will continue to take the
meds
for her medical problem? Babies have already been tested for thyroid problems
and will continue to do that.

Thanks for any and all help. It's appreciated.
