Masse cream is not a n item used currently in the UK, infact I have not seen
any for at least 10 years. I am certain that some women will still use it as a
friend, mother, aunt etc will buy it fro them, but it is very uncommon.

In my area we use a free product easily expressed that seems to be perfect
called breast milk!

I worry about any cream with lanolin in it, as I remember promoting this in
the 70's and saw many babies and mothers with allergic reactions to it. By
consensus we stopped advising its use, I will stay reluctant until I see a
good peice of research to prove otherwise.
