Milk that's high in fat is yellow - maybe she was pumping from a 
relatively empty breast, which would mean fattier milk. This would 
tie in with the reduced supply on that side.

No idea about the black/green stool but we know it can be all 
colours, not necessarily of the rainbow :) but certainly many colours.
