How about calling it plain, old HUMAN MILK (HM?) like cow's milk, goat's
milk, whale milk, etc. It's accurate, concise, somewhat "medical" and
doesn't have any weighty baggage with it. We say that cow's milk is for
calves as opposed to "utter milk". The Dairy industry would have a hard
time marketing "Utter Milk - It's good for ya." Many people (outside of
Wisconsin ;-)) don't really think about how that white stuff gets out of
the cow or even that a cow is involved. It's just a product on the shelf
with a pure, wholesome image. Utters conjure up a completely different
image.

Marie, LLLL of Madison, WI - home of the world's largest Dairy Expo that
just ended a week or so ago. Ultimate "utter pumps" were on display.
