<<Has anyone heard of any specific cardiac side affects when using reglan
to
increase milk supply? A colleague of mine thought she read that it can
cause
cardiac problems???? Doesn't remember where her source was.
  Thanks, Sharon/GIna>>

She may be thinking of Propulsid (cisapride) which was recently found to be
associated with cardiac arrythmias. Propulsid is used in the treatment of
Gastro-esophageal reflux as is Reglan. It does not, however, induce
galactorrhea as does Reglan.
