Hi All,
Need some info on 2 drugs for asthma, please.
Mom is G1P1, baby 5 mo old, limited solids, allergic to cows milk.
Mom just diagnosed with Asthma.  Dr has her on Serevent 21mcg 4x day, and
Aerobid (flunisolide) 250mcg 4x day.  Dr told mom that he wasn't sure about
effect on baby, but that mom needed the meds and to take them and not to pump
and dump.  Mom has been BF cause baby is so allergic to cows milk that ABM is
not an option.
What are the risks of these meds?  Are they contraindicated in BF?  Are there
any better meds for this mom?
