I think reports need to be sent on "the simple fixes."  The HCPs need to
know LCs are being called on to help moms in many ways, not just trying to
fix train wrecks.  It's a chance to teach them, familiarize them with who we
are and what we do.

Maybe if they notice a particular problem over and over they will catch on
that it happening because of some hospital practice that can be changed.  I
am a dreamer aren't I ? :-)
