Tranexamic acid

Dear Dr. Hale - I have a new mother who has von Wilebrands's disease and
is taking 1 gram of Tranexamic acid tid (total 3 grams daily). I cannot
find this in the '97 red book. Would you know if she may breastfeed
while taking this drug? Thank you, Toby (Haifa, Israel)
